Introduction to Fee Based Preschool/PreKindergarten

The Fee Based Program provides a two (2) day preschool or three (3) day pre-k program which operates 3 ½ hours per day. For the two day preschool program, children must be 3 years of age by 9/1/15 and completely toilet trained. The Pre-kindergarten Program operates a morning session 3 and 5 days per week, 3 1/2 hours per day, and is available to children who are 4 years of age  by September 1st of the school year in which you are enrolling.

Early Childhood Programs maintains an adult to child ratio of 1:8 in all classrooms.
The 2 day program has a maximum of 16 children with one teacher and one instructional assistant.
The 3 day program has a maximum of 24 children with one teacher and two instructional assistants.  

The 5 day program has a maximum of 24 children with one teacher and two instructional assistants.
 

The Mandarin Immersion Program has a maximum of 24 children in both the 2 day and 3 day class with one teacher and two instructional assistants. The sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Bergeson Elementary School.

 

The Spanish Immersion Program has a maximum of 24 children in the 2 day, 3 day and 5 day (Viejo only) classes with one teacher and two instructional assistants. The sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Las Palmas and Viejo Elementary Schools.
